 GJ400 Grinding machine for internal and external diameters is currently the model of all those available in the grinding industry that has been subject to the longest in-house test and the most precisely controlled for machine factories in terms of processing and efficiency. Equipped with house-made working spindles and FANUC servomotors, this model delivers full torques without the problem of temperature rise. The function of sensing of electric current provides prevention against collision as well as setup of feed degrees in grinding and lapping that enhance efficiency of grinding.
This model features:

 This CNC universal grinding machine performs high-degree and high-function grinding and cutting with stable processing precision. For abrasive wheels, options are plunge type grinding, precision cylindrical Grinding, internal diameter grinding for multiple combinations with the application of special grinding teeth. A unique high-rigidity box-type machine body inhibits the effect of foundation on precisions from prolonged use of machine.
This model features:
1. The motor incorporates concealed spindle that delivers low-vibration, high-speed, high output torque and high-rigidity drive.
2. Spindles with FANUC motors have high torques with high stability.
3. High-precision ball screws are used for machine transmission that work with servomotor drive further with Heidenhain linear encoder ensures precisions of axial actuation.
4. Option of multiple spindle heads (directional grinding heads of T1, T2, T3, etc.) allowing reduction of processes for complicated workpieces and grinding in one go and increasing productivity.
