Ever Bright : AMO Inductive linear/rotary encoder
A new powerful generation of linear and angular measuring systems - unlike any optical or magnetic encoder, has been developed based on our AMOSIN ® Inductive technology, where high-precision is achieved by scanning stainless steel photolithographically etched structures with sophisticated inductive sensors and processing the signals with proprietary integrated electronics (ASIC).
The AMOSIN ® length measuring systems can be supplied as open non-contact encoder or as a non-contact guided linear guideway rail as an alternative to encapsulated (extrusion) optical encoders.
The angle measurement systems are Ring Scales with open hollow large bore thru holes and have non-contact inductive scanning of the graduation pattern ring with no coupling or mechanical connection, for easier application to rotary feedback applications.. The AMOSIN ® systems offer high resolutions up to 0,125 microns on the circumference and accuracies to ± 3 µm / m, with an IP 67 rating that is extremely resistant to environmental influences such as dust, moisture and have an extremely high shock and vibration resistance.

AXRY-bearings are double-direction, screw-on, greased and installation-ready precision bearing units. They consist of two axial bearings and one radial bearing. This makes it possible to receive radial and axial forces (on both sides), as well as tilting moments (clearance-free).
The newly developed "EX" model with optimised internal construction, geometry and innovative cage construction features clear improvements with regard to friction moment, rigidity, as well as load factors and rotational speeds.
Aside from the standard model, myonic also provides AXRY-EX-bearings with restricted concentricity, axial run-out and height tolerances, or in high-speed models on request.
EX-S and ES version are specially designed for high speed yet high rigidity rotary axis means suitable for high accuracy mill turn rotary axis and etc.

Myonic spindle ball bearings are specially designed, single row angular contact bearings. They are used where there is a need for the highest requirements in precision, as well as the maximum allowable rotational speed, notably in the machine tool industry.
With myonic precision ball bearings speed parameters of 2.5 million (mean bearing diameter * rotational speed) and beyond can be achieved.
