On HQM-1060, the longer distance from spindle to solid column surface lessens machining interferences, and the 6 extra-long blocks on Z axis roller type linear guideway effectively prevent the spindle head stock’s tendency to tilt forward, showing the extreme robust rigidity. The 1320mm span of column base is far wider than other regular column specification. As the standard accessary, overflow type coolant tank provides better filtering efficiency, and users can choose the most suitable chip conveyors from the drawer/link/screw type conveyors, according to different machining chip scenario. For users with large sized workpiece machining requirement, HQM-1060 offers the optional 50mm-850mm distance from spindle to solid column surface, and 4th/5th axis can be deployed on HQM-1060 for broader machining application scope.
Furthermore, HQM-1060 presents more user-friendly characteristics: the chip accumulation free design on front Y-axis telescopic cover, integrated pneumatic component unit for easier maintenance, flow guiding wings on X-axis telescopic covers, 3-steps filtered labyrinth circulating coolant tank, and wide opened rear protective covers for more convenient operation.
