ACCUTEX : CNC Wire Cut EDM with Linear Motor
1.High accurate AP-6040 Linear motor machine with high rigidity compound table design. Y axis is independent from X axis with less accumulation error. Compact design leads smaller footprint. Extending U&V travel by 160mmx160mm to have wider taper degree by ± 33°/H=100mm. X&Y axes are driven by AccuteX made linear motor with 0.1μm resolution with high accuracy performance which pitch error is less than ±2.5μm at 300x200mm stamping mold application case.
2.All AccuteX WEDMs are powered by industry 4.0. The new M2M (machine to machine) interface is collaborating across Robot and machine and manipulating by intelligent manufacturing system to meet real-time flexibility and full-automation demand.
3. AL-400SA with reliable fine wire 0.07mm function and on-line CCD measurement system to ensure profile accuracy. AL-400SA delicates to micro-machining application such as ultra-fine pins connector and fine textile applications.
4.New GA-43iAL with linear motor has designed a new "Lead in/out control" function to eliminate wire mark to 2μm only after 3 cuts in 40mm thickness Carbide application without any profile modification. Corner/Arc control function equalizes full profile to have close assembling tolerance, even in tiny radius and complex profile.
5.AL-600SA is with Z axis 400 mm option which is suitable for higher thickness mold like 330mm in SKD11 with high cutting performance in feed rate 100mm2/min. It also equipped with other function of“3D-probing" which can find 3D feature for Non-Level Workpiece and compensate the error to improve workpiece accuracy and efficiency.
6. New die-sinker EDM HG-40 equipped with ultra-micro spark technology, the best fine finish Ra is 0.07μm. The graphite power system has less electrode wear-ratio of 0.1% and high cut performance by 300mm³/min.
