Tongtai: HTH-800
With the emerging aerospace industry, high rigidity and high precision large-sized 5-axis machining centers will be demanded more. Tongtai adopts the concept of partnership to build an aerospace technology integration team and develop the machining centers for aerospace customers with reasonable price. HTH-800, the five-axis horizontal machining center, has a spindle with 1127Nm torque is able to process hard cutting materials machining. Furthermore, double-layers box type structure design improves rigidity and minimizes precision errors caused by thermal deformation. Moreover, roller cam type rotary table uses high precision positioning pins and hydraulic locking devices to generate 35 tons of clamping force, which is especially suitable for engine casing and blisk machining. HTH-800 assists customer to improve approx. 20% machining efficiency and you will see this machine in Taiwan International Machine Tool Show 2017 (TIMTOS 2017).
