Linmac : DP-920GH Thermal Friction Drill *product1
 DP-920GH thermal friction drill is the high speed version of DP-920G. It’s also called high speed sheet metal tapping drill. This kind of drill is used in any applications where the material has thinner thickness such as sheet metal or pipe. It does not have enough support for a threaded surface or a sleeve bearing application. The high rpm up to 4000 generates heat to make the material soft. As the bit contacts the material, it’s easily pushed through the material. Some of the melted material is being pushed and formed a collar around the upper surface of the work piece. The rest of the material is being pushed down and formed a bushing in the lower surface of the work piece. The entire tapping is done in few seconds. The resulting collar and bushing can be up to 3 times to the original material thickness. The diameter of the bushing depends on the size of the drill bit. The pushing process does not destroy or damage the inner structure of the material but as a result form a very strong bushing, which can be used for threading and bearing sleeves.
Linmac: DP-925-B Inverter variable speed drill press. *product2
The DP-925-B is an inverter gear driven heavy duty variable speed drill press. This premium drill press equips standard with MT#4 spindle taper, power feed and an auto reversing tap. Standard drilling capacity is up to 50mm (2”) for cast iron. The user friendly control interface comes with a speed potentiometer and digital read out for displaying actual quill RPM. The inverter variable speed allows users to drill and tap various steels at the proper speed, which extends tooling life and avoids unnecessary energy lost. When drilling at the exact speed, the tooling life can last for longer life than the regular pulley driven drills. The variable speed adjustments can be done freely within the range by a speed potentiometer knob.
The wide casting column provides strong support to the entire machine and reduces flexing as full 50mm (2”) capacity drilling. The rigid base has built in powerful coolant system that provides sufficient spray at the quill. Both the base and the work table are made of premium casting iron that enhances the stability when drilling full capacity; their surfaces have the wide T-slot which helps securing vises, tooling or workpieces. Standard DP-925-B drill is also equipped with a splash guarding and a halogen work lamp.

Linmac: DG-675 Drill bit grinder *product4
Linmac drill bit grinder is a universal swing head type grinder covering most commonly used drill bit sizes from 6mm to 75mm (1/4” to 3”) in the market. The drill bit grinders currently in the market can not sharpen all sizes by one machine. The most common ranges are 2~13mm and 12~34mm. Sharpening Drill bits larger than 40mm are not very common, and they are all very expensive; no matter the machine itself or have someone to sharpen for you. If your shops have drill bits from small to large, you need to buy at least two machines to do sharpening work. They will cost you a lot of money.
