TC64-RG are used to ensure machining faults and poor surface qualities are detected during the process. If ultra-precise, basically DIN-compliant measurements are required, the roughness gauge is guided across the workpiece surface at a comparatively slow measuring speed. When it comes to detecting machining errors in the micron range, the measurements can be carried out up to 20 times faster.
