INGYU: Apex machine
INGYU was established in 1970 and specialized in manufacturing high speed and precision presses. We believe that design is the key to quality. INGYU keep the spirit of creating the value for customers in mind and developing press equipment to meet customer's requirement.The new Apex is the high speed mechanical press with adjustable stroke in response to the industries which need a variety of components with higher accuracy.
The presses feature two-piece casting frames. The guiding post bushings are part of the bottom frame to ensure high vertical accuracy. Hydro-static bushings can stand with higher thrust, decrease friction area, and suppress heat expansion to prevent guiding posts wear out through years. The quick access device enables the slide up 70mm in 30 seconds to help users quickly solve tooling problems. 8 different stroke lengths can be changed easily through SIEMENS control system, shut height and press speed will adjust synchronously.
The new Apex with automatic stroke adjustment enables users to produce high accuracy sheet metal parts, increase product per minute, and reduce tooling cost.
