LEADWELL: intelligent CNC machines
 We have developed different types of model and equipped with the intelligent scalability production line to meet the processing requirements of industry 4.0. Through LEADWELL remote monitoring system LEADSKY, and use LEADSKY’S APP to communicate with other communication devices. Not only make the user have intelligent management and remote monitoring functions, but also make the production line more efficient and productivity. Follow different customer’s requirement to offer more customize product and design and touch the final production line’s need. Use the dual-spindle + dual-power turret with new machine bed design has significantly reduced the vibration thus improves the accuracy. And each side can machining individually with one piece gantry robot design, not only loading/unloading automatically, but also more easily to do the machine accuracy adjustment. The machine is simple in materials and easy to be used. It is easy to process without additional fixture. Scalability and intelligent production line ideology, it can meet the requirement of quick production and low cost.
