Taiwan Takisawa :FX-800 Twin Spindle Twin Turret Turning Center
The robust construction of this machine’s bed structure combines high rigidity and tightly controlled thermal characteristics which are further reinforced by the rigidity of the linear guideway on the Z-axis and the box guide ways on the X- and Y-axes to give superior shock absorbing capacity during the turning process. Both the upper and lower turrets have 16 stations and are designed to widen the space between tools to minimize tool interference. A bigger coupling on the turret is again designed to enhance rigidity. Built in spindle motors increase power performance on each servo axis. Upgraded milling drive motors allow greater tool options and milling capacity. The outcome is a highly accurate, fast and cost effective machine for production of complex components.
