PALMARY INTERNAL GRINDER special model for Bearing Inner Dia. & Inner Groove equips with our developed conversational control panel (Mitsubishi PLC) for easy operation, it’s optional for the CNC controller. The bearing loading, unloading and the workhead movement could operate at the same time in order to shorten the time for setting & adjustment. Machine could equip with vibration feeder or workpiece arranging device in order to have auto loading control system.
Machine with magnetic workhead centerless support device which allows the loading and unloading bearing process move quickly and increase work efficiency. For grinding wheel dressing, it supplied the high precision roller type dressing device to make sure the dressing accuracy.
The customer could choose to use optional CBN grinding wheel for having better grinding results. Also the digital linear scale or in-process ID measuring device to have automatic size control.
