Zhao Yi Precision Machinery :Servo Turret/Powered Turret
The series of JYPM turrets adopts 3-piece clutch and hydraulic locking providing great durability, which is suitable for heavy machining. It uses Mitsubishi motor and servo drive as power source to rotate tool discs. Rotating speed is fast. It takes only 0.1 second to move to next tool position. Positioning accuracy is +-2 seconds. The tool disc doesn’t move forward to prevent contamination by chips positioning accuracy, maximum rigidity and superior repeatability. Low noise and high durability.
The maximum rotating speed of the powered turret can reach 5000/6000 rpm. It has great torsion force and is suitable for heavy milling, drilling and tapping. VDI tool disc is adopted. Positioning accuracy can reach 0.01 mm(without tool holder). Concentricity can reach 0.005mm. Powered spindle motors can be adapted to change according to different types of controller, such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc. Turret adopts DIN 1809 clutch. Rotating positioning and powered tool changing take less than 1 second.
