Chain Headway: HCM Aluminum Change Milling Cutter
Chain Headway has sold KOVIT brand products for 20 years. Our new product, HCM Aluminum Change Milling Cutter, is a special aluminum alloy body with good balance and its maximum teeth are 60 teeth. The insert holder uses V-groove positioning design and precision wedge adjustment to avoid vibration during high speed cutting. It results to stable process and improves the tool life effectively. It also can use μ grade adjustment. PCD insert holder makes the machined surface more precision.
To overcome the traditional design, HCM milling cutter has many features for precision milling. It has smaller specification, diameter 50mm. Total weight is only 3.59g including body and accessories. There is a both headed screw on top of each insert holder and close with wedge adjustment to avoid vibration. The teeth sleeve dismantle easily and the insert seat screw is longer to get good tighten ability. The main industries of HCM milling cutter are aerospace industry, IT industry automotive industry, and molding industry.
