CARBIDEX: CXBN high feed milling cutter
CXBN high feed milling cutter series with insert that combined provide more teeth per diameter for higher productivity. CXBN Series is suitable for high-velocity, high-speed cutter of steel materials, especially when performed on smaller machines equipped with high-speed and low torque spindles.
CXBN High feed inserts feature two cutting edges per side. The inserts effectively machine materials such as mould Steel, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
Designed with four cutting edges, the CXBN High Feed insert provides low cutting resistance for cost-effective and high-performance machining of common work piece materials when using cutter body diameters from 15mm to 63mm.
