Taiwan Winnerstech Machinery maps out its main developmental plan for 2017
General Manager Mr. Wu shares his thoughts on the latest manufacturing industry
The main products to be exhibited at TIMTOS, and their features this year are as below:
WINNER’s VMCs features a rugged cast iron construction high precision ball screw, cartridge type spindles, and high-torque Fanuc motors that ensure vibration-free operation and accuracy during heavy cutting operations.
All the products have been applied to Auto Parts, Motor Car Parts, Die & Mold, Die Casting, Micro Electric Components, Medical Equipments and so on. The machines also world-wide, including Germany, Turkey , Spain , Italy , Japan and obtained the customers affirmation.
Mostly in the field of motorcycle and automotive industries. Our VMC-750, VMC-1000, and VMC-1300 are best sellers in the ASEAN market, not due to the prices, but customization services. In 2015, after lots of times of try and development, we eventually develop our specific application together with local manufacturers, and then big orders come.
Q: What are the new strategy and technological development for Winner in recent years?
General Manager Wu: Compared with 2014, our ASEAN operation grows in 2015 for about 20%. Winner Machine is a typical SME. We do not have great resources in the pocket to spend. Every penny we spend, we do with carefulness. Now we have found out how to customize our machines for motorcycle and automotive manufacturers according to their specific production lines. Accordingly, I can say that the machine performance itself is not our main concern. I say so not because we do not care about it. I say so because in truth many of our competitors can produce machines whose performance are similar to ours, because we are all SMEs so actually machine products are basically the same regarding its ordinary. What we concern is the potentiality of our service. Due to this fact, Winner Machine R&D team cultivate further in the local market. We listen to our customers’ feedback and then customize our models to fit into their specific productions lines. In short, we solve their problem by our engineering competence rather than our machines. This is our competitiveness.
