CHEM’s Integrated Gantry Type 5-Axis Machining Center is highlighted with its integrated base casting, X/Y/Z axis driven by linear motors to achieve the highest rapid traverse speed of 50 m/min. It comes along with B/C axes powered by high-efficiency torque motors with direct driven technology. The equipment is noted for its high-speed, high-precision, high-torque, high dynamic response and backlash free advantages.
The built-in spindle and direct driven technology makes the 2-axis head more compact and eliminate wear and backlash caused by belt and gears of transmission device, so that different machining requirements can be satisfied at once.
