BOBCAT II - a 2-Axis control of CNC precision lathe contains several high capacity features: It has a spindle with collet or 3-jaw hydraulic chuck and ultra-precision chuck, to do all kinds of special processing. Moreover, the design of its X, Z axis has two hard tracks and wedges –plus direct drive belt corollary to reduce backlash. The contact surface is designed with composite material for reducing the coefficient of friction and to enhance wear resistance and the stress resistance. The entire lathe reduces the two-axis movement of the motor load, thereby enhancing the positioning accuracy.
