PROTH – DOUBLE COLUMN PLANER SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE
The table diameter of model PSGP-1020AHR is 1000x2000mm, it has several strong features as following.
1. Cross Slideway: The Linear Guideway has the high rigidity and very high load capacities that improve working precision.
2. Controller: PC-Based CNC controller with 10.4" color LCD panel, there are with graphical display, interactive drawing page input, network transmission and monitoring functions
3. Hydraulic system: Hydraulic servo control is using in longitudinal way. It can accurately setting and automatically dressing the wheel on table.
4. Table longitudinal ways: The slideways lengths are equal to table lengths to keep freedom from table torsion and deflection. The length of the supporting ways on the base is 2.5 times the overall lengths of the table insuring that the table is always in full solid contact with the machine base.
