JARNG YEONG: the experienced manufacturer refreshes itself and tackles advanced manufacturing
The Sales Deputy Manager Winson Huang shared the company’s latest plans and cast eyes on potential industrial trends
JARNG YEONG ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. was established in 1978, it was set to produce mechanical slides and parts fabrication. In order to meet the demand of rapidly evolving market, JARNG YEONG launched its own brand "GREENWAY" in 2011. Manager Huang said that the company “hopes to break the traditional impression and brings a brand-new lively style into traditional manufacture industries field”.
The lathes from JARNG YEONG can be used for auto/motorcycle spare parts, bathroom equipment, bicycle parts, aerospace/medical spare parts, agricultural sprinkle-nozzle, industrial (switch) adapter, and hand tools accessories processing. At TIMTOS 2017, JARNG YEONG will exhibit several types of high quality machine to satisfy different demands for customers. Multitasking CNC Lathe(HCP-42), Small Gang Type CNC Lathe(HC-20N), Economical Gang Type CNC Lathe(HC-30N), Swiss type/Sliding head Dual-Spindle CNC Lathe(HCS-32B) and CNC Lathe with Gantry Loader(HC-30).
A brief preview on the exhibited lathes at TIMTOS
1. Multitasking CNC Lathe (Type: HCP-42)
As the name implies, this model has a complex function in turning and milling. It can provide customers diversification processing requirements. Bar capacity for this machine is Ø42mm, standard accessory is A2-5 spindle, collet and 6’’ 3-jaws hydraulic chuck for you to choose.
2. Small Gang Type CNC Lathe (Type: HC-20N)
The main idea for this machine is high efficiency economical type. Bar capacity is Ø20mm, machine is with size small, thus saving factory space. Linear guide-way is appropriate for light cutting, rapid machining improves working efficiency.
3. Economical Gang Type CNC Lathe (Type: HC-30N)
There is a large X/Z travel design and wider span in this machine, it is firmer, stable, and easy for tools arrangement. Bar capacity is Ø30mm, standard accessory is A2-4 spindle, collet and 5’’ 3-jaws hydraulic chuck.
4. Swiss type/Sliding head Dual-Spindle CNC Lathe (Type: HCS-32B)
The machine can be processed in both sides to save machining cycle time. HCS-32B can increase productivity, because the model use built-in main spindle without transmission mechanism.
5. CNC Lathe with Gantry Loader (Type: HC-30)
Industry 4.0 is a global target for every manufacture. In order to meet automatic machining demand of customers, HC-30 can work with Gantry Loader, it controlled by two axes servomotor and doing single work pieces feeding.

Manager Huang emphasized that “Being involved in Industry 4.0 is not only a global target for every manufacture, but it must become a reality that accelerates automation equipment of requirement”. The company therefore is devoted to improve modularity current auto feeding.
In order to reach this developmental plan, the company will concentrate in three aspects - equipment Improvement, brand remodeling and sustainable development.
On the improvement of equipment, current products at the company are undergoing upgrading; and marketing under the brand "GREENWAY", the company hopes to refresh the impression of customers of the traditional manufacture industry, giving them a lively impression. It will continue developing robustly in Turkey and Russia markets, and extend the reach to Southeast Asia and Middle East.
The trends that might give impact to the industry, Manager Huang believes are the new political order in the U.S. – which would give China and Japan’s market a lot of attention. Furthermore, the economic sanction that is lifted from Iran will also be a potential market for global machine manufacturers.
“Automation and eco-friendly emphases will drive the machine tool industry towards the development in miniature type for the reason to reduce energy utilization. This is how the company want to highlight the strengths of our lathes – GREENWAY’s models are all small and medium types, yet reaches the efficiency of large type machine. We are keen to reduce energy waste, and provide more affordable solutions for the customers” Manager Huang insisted.
