Liner Insertion Machine with CCD system to detect
1.Applicable for automatically proceeding with precut liner (induction liner, foam liner or other materials) to be picked up and wadded into closure.
2.PLC Control, touching screen.
3.Elevating cap sorter to reduce the noise, sort and deliver the caps with upside opening to the dual conveyor lines.
4.Cap positioned, liner pick-up and insert liners driven by pneumatic set.。
5.CCD system to detect & reject not only defective caps (such as deformed) but also cap inserted with non-foil liner or spliced liner or incomplete liner. The detecting results are immediately appeared on LCD screen. All the defectives can be statistically classified as a basis to improve the manufacturing process.
6.Protective shield for whole machine with safety switch on the door to secure the operator against injury and prevent the product from pollution as well.
